Sarpy County Fair Grandstand Booths are based off a first come, first serve basis. Full payment is required to ensure you have a spot. If payment is received by May 31st, you will be advertised as a vendor on our website.

The Sarpy County Fair Food Vendor process has changed for 2023. Please complete this online application by April 15th and the Food Truck committee chairman will reach out to you by April 30th to let you know if you have been selected as a Food Truck vendor for the 2023 Sarpy County Fair. At that time, payment options will be discussed and completed.
1-2 food trucks in each food variety will be chosen by random drawing. Every food vendor must be licensed with Nebraska State Food Inspector and will be subject to inspection.
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD: CORN DOGS, COTTON CANDY AND FUNNEL CAKES.
