Sarpy County Fair Grandstand and Commerical Booths are based off a first come, first serve basis. Full payment is required to ensure you have a spot. If payment is received by May 31st, you will be advertised as a vendor on our website.

This category DOES NOT include Food Vendors.  See below for Food Vendor applications.

Booth hours:
Wednesday, July 30th 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursday, July 31st 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, August 1st 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, August 2nd 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, August 3rd 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

    The Sarpy County Fair Food Vendor process will be the same as in 2024.  Please complete this online application by May 1st and the Food Truck committee chairman will reach out to you by May 15th to let you know if you have been selected as a Food Truck vendor for the 2025 Sarpy County Fair.  At that time, payment options will be discussed and completed.

    1-2 food trucks in each food variety will be chosen by random drawing.  Every food vendor must be licensed with Nebraska State Food Inspector and will be subject to inspection.

    ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD: CORN DOGS, COTTON CANDY AND FUNNEL CAKES.

    Set up: Tuesday, July 29th 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Wednesday, July 30th 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

    Ideal hours of operation:
    Wednesday, July 30th 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Thursday, July 31st 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    Friday, August 1st 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    Saturday, August 2nd 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
    Sunday, August 3rd 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
