Sarpy County Fair Commercial Booths/Grandstand Booths are based off a first come, first serve basis. Full payment is required to ensure you have a spot. If payment is received by May 31st, you will be advertised as a vendor on our website.

Set up: Tuesday, August 3rd and Wednesday, August 4th 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Booth hours:
Wednesday, August 4th 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Thursday, August 5th 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Friday, August 6th 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturday, August 7th 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Sunday, August 8th 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Copy of physical damage and liability insurance–with the Sarpy County Ag Society listed
